Search for Order Number Still Not Working

    I’ve updated to the latest version but when I search for older order numbers the incorrect order is appearing. For instance I search for order #50080 and it returns order #50089. This is really frustrating since my client has thousands of orders and use the order number to look up a clients order when they call in.

    Did you try to search the orders with the new version 1.3.3 which has been released yesterday?

    I understand your frustration but we have done all tests and the order search functionality is working fine for me.

    Would you please show me the setup you have done and tell me the exact steps to replicate the issue? Also, tell me,

    1. Did you renumerate all existing orders?
    2. After updating our plugin, did you receive the notice on your site to upgrade the database?
