Search for Posts By SQL

I’m searching for a plugin that will give me an array of posts based on some search criteria. It will allow me to search by either an SQL query (eg. select * from …) or by content (eg. all posts with the content …).
Does something like this exist? Basically, I have some posts that are indexes of other posts, and I want to list all posts that match that index automatically.
