    Hi Angelo/ Caimin,

I anticipate your attention to fix this problem. Today I need to send our regular training newsletter for the April Trainings.

    Thanks for your responsiveness.

just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to try the following temporarily:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

also, are you using per city or manual offset timezone settings under WP Settings > General ?

    Hi Angelo,

    Thanks for your response.

I have already deactivated the other plugins to check out if there plugin related conflict but it seems to be there are no specific issues on that and the problem with the list of events still happening.

I don’t think if this is a theme specific problem cause it does not happen to each and every event but number of events appears on the search result refers to other date irrelevant when you follow the link to view and book the event.

This is one of the examples:

    Nis 2016

    Date/Time-Tarih/Zaman Public Training-Genel Kat?l?ma A??k E?itim
    01/04/2016
    All Day/ Tüm Gün ISO 9001 Kalite Y?netim Sistemi Bilin?lendirme E?itimi
    ?zmir

and whem you follow this link this is what you see:
    https://www.globalallianceregister.com/tr/genel-kat%C4%B1l%C4%B1ma-a%C3%A7%C4%B1k-e%C4%9Fitimler/iso-9001-kalite-yonetim-sistemi-bilinclendirme-egitimi-2/

    that refers to the event:
    Date/Time-Tarih/ Zaman
    Date(s) – 05/08/2016
    All Day/ Tüm Gün

    Location – Lokasyon
    35 ?zmir Türkiye

    Categories – Kategoriler

    Kalite Y?netimi

    E?itim hakk?nda detayl? bilgi i?in t?klay?n?z…

On the other hand I am having a search per city per date at the same time in response to your clarification request.

If you believe it will facilitate the problem solving I can provide you an access to my wp-admin panle to check out what’s going on at our end.

    Thanks for your assistyance.

sorry I mean your timezone settings under WP Settings > General > Timezone ?

also, Im afraid that we are not allowed to look into login details as per the support policy.

    Hi Angelo,

The timezone settings under WP Settings is UTC +0.

For your information I have spent so much time yesterday to understand where the problem might be coming from but seeing the conflict in majority of the recurrent events and some of them are OK it just became somehow tricky.

I have checked the recurrent event files under EM and it seems to be all fine and all recurrent events are listed as intended in a chronological order.

When you search for the events you see the list of events as scheduled on the search results but the event link on the search result does not generate the correct permalink or although it seems to be fine in the WP Admin / EM / Event Lists the named events does not have the correct permalink generated.

As you can imagine it’s too hard to explain in written. I don’t know what other information you may need to fix this bug please advise ASAP.

    Thanks for your attention.

    Regards,

    Sedat
