search function in custom redirect problem

I am trying to wade through a sea of custom redirects to edit one and when I enter the desired URL, either in whole or in part, in the search field it yields zero results even though I know it had previously been entered and redirected (the redirect url has since changed and I don’t want to redirect a redirect). Any assistance you could provide would be fantastic.
