Search function not working..

So, I can not for the life of me figure out why my search function on the site no longer works. Not sure exactly when it started, but I just tried it and I can’t come up with anything.

I did read through 5-6 posts on here to which I found nothing that really seemed to help. If anyone is able to take a look I would much appreciate it. Thank you.. https://musicwatchdog.com
