Search group activity

We use Buddypress with this plugin to search activity within our site. We are finding that activity from within groups does not appear in search results at all. We have all of the options ticked within the plugin’s settings page.

This is true of content/activity in both public as well as private groups, however content from the site-wide activity does show in results.

Has anyone got any ideas as to why this would be happening please?
