We are aware there is an issue with the header created with Elementor Pro after the last update of the theme. Our developers are working on a fix and hopefully it will be solved in the next update of Neve. In the meantime, as a temporary solution, you could try to backup your site and rollback Neve to the 3.0.3 version. This should solve the issue for the moment.

As you use the Pro version of Neve, please contact us by opening a ticket directly on our site for any other questions you may have in the future. This way we will be able to help you quicker and more efficiently.

The reported issue was addressed in the latest version of the theme, 3.0.6. Can you please confirm if it’s working as expected after updating the theme?

thanks for the quick replies and the fix.

Yes it works again, but for me it still has a small bug. When I click on it for the first time, my picture scrolls down a bit. Then I scroll up again and only when I click on it a second time does it work again.

-> Maybe it’s me or the settings, I don’t know if you see the same problem on my site? (the problem occurs with Google Chrome)

I checked your site on Chrome and for me clicking on the search icon for the first time doesn’t scroll down the image. I recorded a screencast so you can see it works properly on my end. Does this still happen for you?

After I saw it on your site, I cleared my cache and cookies etc..

Now it works fine for me again.
