Search in all media library

But when I make a search in search form, I receive a list of related post ??

Ok, I tried again and the change works.
Now I have 2 request:
1. set the imagebrowser template for search result;
2. search ALL images in WordPress media libraries

@anjx – Thanks for the update on getting things working on your site.

As to the requests … setting the search template results would be well outside the scope of support for NextGEN Gallery. Although it may be possible it may also require some additional customizations to your current theme as well; and, as far as the WordPress Media Libraries, NextGEN Gallery does not currently use them.
