• Hello! I have a problem.
In the mobile version, when you click on the search icon (magnifying glass), the search form appears for one second and then disappears.
If you look through the google chrome browser using the emulator, then everything is fine, but when you open it on a real smartphone, the search form immediately disappears.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @gavrilser,

I was able to reproduce this on my end, so I am going to report this to our team. Thank you for reporting and we are sorry for the inconvenience you may have because of this.

In the meantime, you might want to add the Search element inside the Off Canvas. Please refer to this screenshot.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

The method mentioned in the last post does not work. The search bar appears in the menu, but when you try to enter a search key, the search bar is hidden.

    Hi @gavrilser,

I checked your site and it seems to be working fine now. Please refer to this video.

Let us know if you need more help, otherwise please mark the topic as resolved.

Have a nice day and stay safe!

    Hello!
Yes, everything works through the PC browser in developer mode, but the search does not work on a real mobile phone. I tried it on different mobile phones, unfortunately it doesn’t work on any of them.

    Hi @gavrilser,

We have just released an update, which is v.3.2.0. Would you please do an update and see if the issue gets solved.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hi @gavrilser,

It is now working fine on my end.
