Search Installed Plugins breaks after updating to WooCommerce 9.4.2 (also 9.4.1

Creating a new thread from https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/search-installed-plugins-breaks-after-updating-to-woocommerce-9-4-2-also-9-4-1/#topic-18150306-replies. The issue continues to persist in the latest version, 9.4.2, and as mentioned before, it only occurs when searching for plugins that are installed already.
I get a fatal notification via email and an endless spinner on the frontend.
