Search is glitchy, no support

    The ajax search is very glitchy. You have to re click into the search box multiple times to enter a couple characters.

    Reached out to support multiple times. They replied once saying it couldn’t be changed. They have yet to return my other emails. We’re a 4 emails in 10 days with 0 replies.

    Hello @anjoid,

    Actually, we have migrated to our own ticketing system a few months ago and you might be opened the tickets at that time that’s why you got a delayed response due to some system glitch in the system. Usually, we respond to all the tickets within 24 hours.

    Moreover, we have already fixed the Search bar issue, and now it is in the beta testing phase and we are going to release the update within a couple of days.

    Our customer reviews are very important to us, and we hope that you will be willing to revise your review based on your further experiences.
