search issue

That sounds like maybe your theme’s search isn’t set up to search custom post types. You could probably find a plugin to enable this, or, instead, you should probably contact the author of your theme to see if there’s already an option built in for this. It’s important to note, though, that any third-party search or search included with your theme will not display our FAQ results in the formatting created by our plugin, but likely exactly the same way it displays results for regular posts.
