    I see that you have an open ticket with us currently. On March 25, 2015 we
    sent an email out to you guys to update the plugin from version 2.1.16 to the newest version. It looks like it was only last Friday, April 24, 2015, that you guys upgraded the plugin to the newest version but have since reverted it due to another issue you experienced.

    What I can say is that this does seem mostly environmental as the issue is not being experienced by any other customers. However, this was sent back to our developers yesterday by the Support Rep that is assigned your ticket.
