Search key attributes from mail form

This is a pre-sales question. I have employers who will upload a form with completed fields of ‘needs’ and job seekers who will upload a form with completed fields of ‘skills to fulfil those needs.’ I need to be able to filter those to find a match between the employers and job seekers. Will this plugin do this? Thank you.
