• Wordfence keeps blocking msn seach engine from indexing my site. How can I whitelist this to allow the site to be indexed?

  • First, do some searches in Bing for your own content and see if you’re actually blocking yourself from being indexed. Lots of criminals make their crawlers appear to be from MSN, in my experience that’s what usually gets blocked. Oh, and important, set a crawl delay for Bing in your robots.txt file. Super important. That way the real Bing will in theory crawl slow enough and your Rate Limiting will block fake Bing that crawls faster. MTN

    Hi @phishe
I’ll need more details regarding how you think Wordfence is blocking Bing/MSN bots from accessing your website? It’s recommended to check if there are crawlers errors via “Bing Webmaster Tools“.

Also, a screenshot from (Wordfence > Firewall => Rate Limiting) would be helpful.

    Thanks.
