Search Not Returning All Results?

Hello,

I recently set up your plugin to search in posts, using both category and tag taxonomies, with the default “AND” selected.

When I search for “category1” and “tag2” together, I know that there are 4 posts that meet that criteria, but the search only returns 3. Searches for “category3” and “tag4” should yield 12 results, but I only get 7. So on and so forth.

Any idea why the search might not be returning the full results?
