Search not returning any results after upgrade

Hello, I upgraded to the newest version 4 and have been experiencing problems ever since. I have tried emailing support 3x directly from the website for our paid plugin and no response.

After the upgrade, indexing of the site took 14+ days to complete. This did not seem normal, but again, I could not get any support person to respond, so I have not been able to determine what is wrong. During the indexing period, the plugin caused multiple PHP errors. There appears to be cron jobs that are related to your plugin – not executing.

Now that the indexing has completed, it does not return any results, can someone provide assistance?
