• We’ve just started using Relevansii plugin (recommended by Breakdance support). We’re using it to exclude woocommerce products from search which works brilliantly. However now, when we are searching a word, for example “asbestos” in the website search bar, it only shows a few pages that have that word in the page title, but not all pages that have that word in the title shows. Could advise on how to get it to show? (we’re not technical or developers).

Check that the post is indexed correctly. Find out the post ID (you can see it in the URL of the post edit page, for example) and enter that to the Relevanssi debugger (the first input box at Settings > Relevanssi > Debugging). Is the word “asbestos” mentioned in the debugger output?

    it says:

    The title

    asbestos award awareness level

That seems correct. What if you search in the Relevanssi admin search (Dashboard > Admin search)? Can you find it there? Can you find the post using other words?

Hello, yes, it shows up with 78 results, including the ones that are missing from the search result page.

In the search bar when searching “asbestos”, only 10 results.

Are the ten visible results the first ten results of the Relevanssi search? Or is the order different? If you see the first ten results, then it sounds like your search results template is missing paging.

Hi, I’ve just checked, and yes the 10 visible results are the same as the relevansii admin search with the right order. I also tried a different search term, and the first 10 results are the same as the admin search too in the same order.

Ok, that strongly suggests your search results template doesn’t have paging. Please contact your theme support, they should be able to tell you how to enable the paging.
