    Hi,

I have assigned my pages with categories and I want to use them as search in the Check Boxes.

What I did is I have added ‘category’ as taxonomy and have chosen ‘Check Box’. After that I saved it.

I went to the page where I put my code in to view and test it.
    [AjaxWPQSF id=616]
    <div id=”content”></div>

Tested it, but I always come out with ‘Found Nothing’

I hope someone can help me with this, I’ve searched for a solution. atm I haven’t found anything useful.

    Thanks,

    Erick

Did you try other display type beside of checkbox?

Yes I’ve tried the “Drop Down” and “Radio” button, but still no result, but still nothing. I checked if I checked the right Categories on my pages, but I don’t know why I can’t get any result.

I also tried the function “Enabling string search” and also that doesn’t show any results.

I tried “Advance WP Query Search Filter” that one works properly, but the problem there is that I want the search result to be posted on the same page under the search filter.

No if you use “Advance WP Query Search Filter”, it will not show the result in same page. If you want same page, you should use Ajax version, if you always get ‘Found Nothing’, mean there are something wrong in your form setting, maybe wrong post type, taxonomy or meta field.

I found my mistake, it was in “Result Setting and Others” What I did wrong is I’ve chosen something from the (Sorting Meta Key), What I did is, I’ve chosen the blank one so nothing and now it works as I want it to.

    Thank you for the help.
