    Hi sasm007,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We have tested the scenario by creating a new user and enrolling them in a course. We were able to search for the user’s order without encountering any issues.

If we have misunderstood your issue, please provide more details or a clearer description of the problem you’re facing. This will help us investigate further and offer the best possible solution.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,
    Brianvu-tp

As shown in the picture, the last registered student does not appear when you click on search, but no issue with the enrolled student before the update.

If the student is automatically registered as having purchased the material, there will be no problem in the search
But the problem in searching occurs when manual registration is done by an admin

    There is another problem
On the registration page, after the application status changes from completed to processed, the student’s email disappears as in the picture

    Hi sasm007,

Thank you for the detailed information and screenshots.

We have tested the scenario you described by creating a new site and manually registering a student. We were able to reproduce the issue where the search function for manually registered users doesn’t work as expected. We are currently investigating this issue further and will provide a fix as soon as possible.

Regarding the second issue, when the application status changes from “completed” to “processed,” we were unable to replicate the problem where the student’s email disappears, as shown in the video here. If you continue to encounter this issue, please provide any additional details that might help us investigate further.

We will address the search issue promptly and provide you with a beta version to test once the fix is implemented.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience.

    Best regards,
    Brianvu-tp
