Search only selects one item

  • Adv. Woo Search PRO user. Inserted shortcode into DIVI theme. Seems to work fine, except…

    1) Search is slow, but I do have 5,000 products. Is there a way to speed that up?

    2) Ajax search produces expected results (“big grid” style) but if user clicks on “ALL” button, only 1 item is displayed. What am I doing wrong? or is there a way to hide the “All” (or category dropdown) button?

    Hello,

    1) Please enable caching by turning on ‘Cache results’ option from plugin settings page.

    2) Strange, I can’t reproduce this issue. ‘All’ is default filter. When user type something it the search box for the first time he will see search results from this dropdown. If you still see this issue please write me what you are searching ( search words ) so I can test it by myself.
