  • Hi @alishahcheraghi,

    This is actually a known issue. We are really sorry for the inconvenience you may have because of this. If everything runs as expected, we will include the patch to fix this issue in v3.4.0.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hello,
    I have the same problem. After updating to the latest version 3.4.1, unfortunately the problem still exists. When I click on the search (search box) the menu closes.

    Hi @jidwictut9,

    That’s weird I would say as our other users have confirmed that the update fixed the issue.

    What is your live site URL please, so we can directly take a look at it?

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hello,

    i was really hoping that the problem will be fixed with the new version.
    My page : https://www.dinkelliebe.de

    I also once disabled all plugins except Astra and removed all extra CSS. No change.

    I hope you can help me.

    Hi @jidwictut9,

    Yes, I see it happens on your site when I check on my actual mobile. I am going to report this to our dev team. Thanks for reporting and we’re sorry for the inconvenience.

    In the meantime, would you please take out the Search element of the Off Canvas and put it next to the Toggle Button instead? See if it works there.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hello,
    sorry that I get in touch so late.
    Thanks for the reply and sharing. The search box does work outside of the menu. Unfortunately the slide search does not work.

    @jidwictut9
    For next time, please start your own topic instead of adding your support request as a comment under someone else’s post.

    @tobifjellner
    Thanks for the tip.
    But why should I make a new topic when I have the same problem?

    @jidwictut9
    – Even if the symptoms are the same, the underlying cause may be different. (I’m not saying that that’s the case here.)
    – Threads become hard to follow when several different people discuss their own troubleshooting, interleaved with other people.
    – Every now and then the original poster has since long found a solution to their problem, but other people’s further conversation keeps bothering them via email notifications about new replies.
    – Some support givers keep a special eye on topics with no replies. They may never notice that someone new is asking for help in an old thread.

    Hi @jidwictut9,

    Thank you for the update. Our dev team is working on this and if everything runs as expected, the fix for this issue will be included in the next update. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

    Anyway, what has mentioned by the mod is absolutely correct. Thanks for that Tor-Bjorn!

    Please create a new topic for any query you may have instead of adding it to someone else’s topic. It will also make our job much easier.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
