Search or filtering doesn’t work

    Hi threre – awesome product at a glance, but I see a serious problem.
    I guess that filtering or search on submissiont doesn’t work at all.
    I tried at demo https://demo.awesomesupport.com/wp-admin/
    When I search by name of final user “Name Surname” example email I get no results.
    Why is that? If you will have 1000 tickets in db there is no way to find exacly customer.
    This non-working feature is stopping me from buying your software.

    Thank you for reaching out and providing details about the error. This issue is related to our latest version of the plugin. If you’d like to test with an older version, you can download it from here.

    Please follow these steps to download it:

    1. Visit the provided link.
    2. Scroll down to “Advanced Option.”
    3. Under “Please select a specific version to download,” click on the dropdown menu and choose the version you wish to download.
    4. Please backup your site.
    5. Upload this version to your WordPress site and replace the existing plugin.
