Search Orders returns “No Results Found”

I’ve updated the plugin in version 2.2.12 to rectify this issue.
Can you please check if this fixes your issue.

This shouldn’t be the case – the orders should be retrieved by order id.
And since i’m using the woocommerce function wc_get_order,
Any correct order should be retrieved – can you please send me screenshots or if the order is of a special status – let me know what status it is.

Can you please verify that the order 2583 does exist ?
And if it does – what is it’s order status ?
If that still doesn’t work can you please get in touch with me via https://www.digamberpradhan.com/contact/ to expedite this issue ?

Note: if you’re using the sequential orders plugin then that cause an issue.

I have the same issue. Looks like that plugin do not search older orders… it is possible? the plugin finds the id of orders that are fresh… if the id belongs to an old order, the whisperer does not find the id

Yes searching older orders have become a problem.
