Search page bright yellow and blank?

I’m a WP newbie and converting a genesis site to minimal grid. All going well. Problem = search page icon from the menu takes you to a bright yellow page and has no logo on it.
I’ve uploaded an ugly logo image temporarily just to test this. Perhaps the “header” image should be on there, but minimal grid seems to have a bug on “uploading a header image” too.
(Otherwise, I’m not doing too badly, I think!!!!)
Any advice appreciated on how to make that search page more bearable!
