Good morning,

Can you tell us what theme you’re using? For testing purposes it might be easiest for you to switch over to Twenty Eleven, just so we can rule out a theme issue.

We also want to make sure you’re using the latest version of WordPress.

You might also want to install the wp-page-navi PlugIn, I find it makes page navigation a lot nicer.

If those items don’t help please consider posting a link to your site so we can check it out.

I am just using a modified theme of twenty eleven and i am using latest version of wordpress.

You may check it here https://ihanapkotse.com . As i observed all of result page of a Quicksearch is only shows 18 post.

I think you might be able to resolve the issue by installing wp-pagenavi

Is there a way of this plugin that will not load in one page? as of now if you look it it will loads in one page.

I want something like 1,2,3,4,5 then if you click the numbers it will go to another page. Is it possible with this?

No problem. In the Car Demon settings you’ll find an option labeled “Load Next Inventory Page on Scroll:” set that to “No” and it will stop auto loading the listings.

By the way could i ask if how to display if you are going to search the Production Seq. Number in a url like https://www.test.com/?s=cars&product_seq=23, something like that url.

Now the query function will look all post if there is Production Seq. Number whose last number value is 23. And display the results.

I hate to show my ignorance, but is that the same as the US Vin#?

I never added “Vin#” to the search query, but I did add stock#. The query string for that would be;

https://yoursite.com/?s=cars&car=1&stock=123

The ‘car=1’ parameter tells the search that you’re searching vehicles and returns the proper search template for the results.

You can also take advantage of the custom taxonomies like year, make, model, body style, condition, etc.

For example, you can link to https://yoursite.com/condition/new to retrieve a list of all new vehicles or you could link to https://yoursite.com/make/ford to list all Fords in stock.

I just wondering on the quick search of Min price and Max Price, what if the data inputted is like this 100,000 and when you search it in Min Price 10,000 and Max Price 150,000 it shows also in the result page 160,000. why is that?

Could you help me with this matter if what’s going on?

This is just a guess, but try removing the commas from the price field. It might be throwing the query off. I’ll make a note to address this in the next release.

I think it is better to use str_replace() to fix this problem but i don’t know where to fine the query of the search of Min and Ma Price. Could you please tell me where it is located?

Look in the car-demon->includes folder for the file; car-demon-query.php

There are two different query functions, one for search and one to display archives. You’ll want to update both.

There is also a query for sorting by price, if you’re using that feature you’ll want to update that one as well.

If that works let me know and I’ll update on the next version.
