That is really odd because tried it on the local and it is working well.

Are you using the latest version of the theme?

Please try to disable all the nonocean plugins except woocommerce and check if it is working well or facing the same issue. If working well, enable the plugins one-by-one, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.

In addition, would you be so kind and go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look?

The problem was caused by wp hide and security plugin. I changed some settings and now it is working fine. Thank for your help.

I shared my website’s url as you said but now I want to remove it but I don’t find the option. Can you delete the url from your end please?
