Search page to a manufacture table in mysql

  • Good afternoon.

    First of all I do not have any development experience in PHP, so I’m pretty “out of the loop” on this issue.

    I need to create a page on my WP site, that seach for a result, giving the following search variables:

    Manufacturer
    Product
    model
    color

    And get a result (id reference) as a (unique) answer. If it does not exist it would give an empty answer.

    I would have previously created in mySQL a table with the 5 columns described above …

    My question is how do I do this in WP / Php … or whatever … to appear and work on a page on my site ..
