• This is an interesting bug I came across. Hope it’s something on my end that’s easily fixable lol.

So when I put a term in the search bar, it brings up all the posts relevant to that search term.

    Ok. Perfect.

But then when I decide to scroll all the way down and go to the next page returning the results, I get the error message:

    “Nothing Found
Sorry, but nothing matched your search terms. Please try again with some different keywords.”

Here’s the first page of the search: https://hiphopspeakeasy.com/?s=hiphopspeakeasy

Here’s the second page of the search returning the error, rather than the correct posts: https://hiphopspeakeasy.com/?s=hiphopspeakeasypage/2/

  • Hey there Speakeasy

This is actually a bug I fixed in version 2.1.3 (premium) and 1.1.3 (free). If you do an update, your search should be all fine and dandy.

    Fantastic. Glad to hear.

Seems as though the update isn’t available or registering on my end. I have 2.1.2 and no where do I see a place where I can upgrade to the latest version, which I usually see and have seen before.

Any ideas? Thanks for all your help by the way

It’s a pleasure! Always glad to help ??

Because you’re running premium, you can drop us a support email and either Andrew or I will help you get up to the latest version.

That was fixed with the update but the new issue is that search results yield full post content rather than excerpts or even to what is configured when you click on a page. Any idea how to get the search results to go back to yielding the excerpt rather than the full content?
