Search Plugin for custom tables and forums?

Hi,

I am transitioning a site from non WP to WP. I have installed wp foro – the forum plugin which has its own tables and I have also some plugins that have their own tables and paginate the display through shortcode on a post / page.

Can anyone recommend a plugin that will search the plugin pages as well as the forum pages and give those results? I would like everything searchable from one search box.

Thank you for the reply @sterndata. I had tried relenanssi and while it will do a search of the forums it will not give the correct URL. It will work on the first page of the plugins but not the paginated ones. I did ask at their forum but it is not something that it covers.

Will try the search everything.
