Hello,

I want to extend the default search form by adding the options to set a category and an author/user filter. I added wp_dropdown_categories() and wp_dropdown_users() to generate the select dropdowns, but only the category filter works as expected. The url shows a user parameter, but it is ignored in the results. Any suggestions?
