    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Could you please confirm whether you are using the latest version of Smart Manager [i.e. v3.8] or not.

    Further, could you please are you able to get results using some categories filter in Smart Manager advanced search or you are getting blank results while searching for any of the categories.

    Also, you could create a wordpress admin account and forward us the login credentials at ‘[email protected]’ so that we can investigate and resolve the issue asap.

    Same thing is happening to me! I’m updated to the most current version. Nothing shows up when I search anything in Smart Manager. What’s going on?

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Could you please once deactivate and then re-activate Smart Manager on your site and then have a check with the advanced search functionality and let us know if the issue with the advanced search still persists.

    Also, if the issue persists then would request you to kindly re-download the latest version of Smart Manager from the ‘My Account‘ page on StoreApps and then try installing and activating the same.

    If still the issue persists then would request you to kindly create a wordpress admin account and forward us the login credentials at [email protected] so that we can investigate and resolve the issue asap.
