Search properties by location or nearby distance: Autosuggest field

Hello, Using wp-property 1.36.3 with wordpress 3.5.1.
1) Is their any way to create an autosuggest field for location/address text-field in frontend property search form, so that the user can search properties more easily, rather than mistyping the exact location/address or having a large dropdown listing of addresses of all properties?
I need to populate autosuggest field as user type into box, fetching the matching address existing for all properties.2) Can I use fuzzy match instead of exact match for above. Like returning the similar results if user type ‘Delhi’ or ‘New Delhi’ for example in address.
3) How can I implement ‘nearby search’, means searching properties within a local area or region entered into search location textbox. The addresses can be found within range using google map api like search properties within 50km range, 100km distance, etc. Is their any plugin or addon for it, or it can be done with little custom code?
Please help me for these how to implement it with wp-property. some, guide, tutorial, steps or custom code hint will also be okay. If some other plugin can do it in combination with wp-property, with little customization, please suggest me.
If not possible, may be considered as a feature request or addon to be developed.—
