Search Question

I’ve used permalinks now, but when I type something in search form, I just got the reasult like:
https://www.sparanoid.com/blog/index.php?s=bsuite

but how this works?:
https://maisonbisson.com/blog/search/bsuite

You can have a try, and I realized that most of blogs are the same problems as mine.
