Search & Register won’t load

  • I’m trying to access the Search & Register section in Media from FTP. I’ve updated the plugin and try different browsers, but it just won’t load. I’ve also tried to clear my cache from my browser, but no luck.

  • Having the same issue, it’s stuck

    I am having the same issue — it seems to work on localbyflywheel but not on my server host.

    It will not be searched if it is a file name registered in the media library.
    Please change the file name.

    Hello, I am having the same issue after registering 1200 images.

    It worked fine until the last 200 images. No error, no console error, Nothing. Just a blank page.

    I do not understand your answer. You mean that if there is a file which is unregistered that has the same name as a file registered then it blocks the whole thing? No error nor Nothing ?

    I need help with this ASAP Please…..
