    Hi,
I’m trying to use the plugin.
The feature works fine in the desktop browser, but on mobile, it doesn’t show the result.

I added the search button to the theme’s header and modified the CSS.
I don’t use the option to activate the feature on the menu or top bar in the plugin setting.
Is that the reason for the result like this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

I visited your shared website and saw it is not working on both desktop and mobile.

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except the Ivory Search plugin and see whether everything works fine, and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

ALso, this can be a theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Twenty Twenty One theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.

    Best regards,

    Krzysztof

    Hi

It also stopped working on my smartphone. I do not know when. I think it was still working a month ago. After entering two letters, the “spinning wheel” symbol appears. I disabled all plugins – it didn’t help. I also changed the theme to Twenty twenty-four and it still doesn’t work.

@autori76 Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so I can troubleshoot it?

I can, but in a private message.

Something about the contact form not wanting to send my message. The circle icon keeps spinning. I sent it from chat.
