That is an unusual search result. Let’s try this. If you have Jetpack’s infinite scroll enabled, try disabling that and see if it makes a difference. Sometimes that can cause issues like this.

If that doesn’t fix the situation, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

Hey @ongamache,

Thanks for sending over the System Status Report. I didn’t see anything that just leaps out as the likely cause. If this was my site, here’s what I would do next.

1. Install the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin.
2. Go to Tools > Site Health and enable “Troubleshooting Mode.” This lets you disable plugins and switch themes without affecting other users.
3. Go to Plugins and enable WooCommerce.
4. Test the search results again and see if they are correct. If they are then that points to some type of code conflict.
5. Turn the theme back on and test again. Continue testing by enabling plugins. When the results stop working again, the last item activated is likely the source of the trouble.
6. When you’re finished, disable troubleshooting mode.

Let me know what you find out and we’ll go from there.
