    Hi!

    The layout of the search results page is fully controlled by your theme, the plugin can only replace the result elements with it’s own.

    For this to work, make sure to have the Override the default WordPress search results? option enabled on the General Options -> Behavior panel: https://i.imgur.com/yrB4Wa7.png

    If that does no effect, then most likely our theme (or another plugin) is overriding the search results right before displaying with a different query. Unfortunately that’s not possible to override.
