Great theme, btw. Everything has been wonderful so far.

But, what is the deal with the search results page? It displays a post #0 which doesn’t exist. There’s even an edit link for this mystery post when logged in that goes nowhere. It uses a featured image seemingly chosen at random from the media library. And, the search results are displayed over the image all crammed together.

Everything else in this theme is so professional, yet there’s no apparent way to change this strange search results page. Please advise.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

This is how it appears at the moment:

Would you mind providing us with a little more clarification of your problem?

    Thank you!

    Hi Awesome0,
that’s pretty weird, it seems to display, as first post, the search results page itself.

I cannot reproduce the issue on my end, not on the demo website.
    (no result) https://demo.presscustomizr.com/?s=strawberry
    https://demo.presscustomizr.com/?s=a

The problem might be due to a conflicting plugin.
Please disable your plugins and see whether the issue still occurs, then, if so, then proceed to activate one plugin at a time until you find the plugin that’s causing the issue.

Thanks for your time. Apologies for not checking the plugins first.

If it helps, the culprit turned out to be BuddyPress Global Search by BuddyBoss. It’s not needed so we simply deactivated it and the search results display beautifully, in character with this awesome theme. I hope we get the money for the pro version soon. Thanks again. ??
