Search results as json api

We can return JSON via jm-ajax/get_listings/, e.g. example.com/jm-ajax/get_listings/.

Here’s the function that the endpoint uses: https://github.com/Automattic/WP-Job-Manager/blob/c838d6ee3a3d0fd224d666bfee55f58517e10cf6/includes/class-wp-job-manager-ajax.php#L80

There’s a few different $_REQUEST-sourced variables that can be used to specify the request. To see it in action, it’s how our jobs shortcode works when changing search criteria on the front end.

Thank you for sharing the information, can you kindly share more details on how I can get proximity search results from the api.

I can send current location of the user and need listings within a specified radius.

You’d need to write custom code for that. We have the lat/long of the location saved in the database as meta, but there isn’t built-in code for taking a current location and running a proximity check. It isn’t something we provide.
