Search results based upon/using tags

I also gave 1 of them all tags with these numbers but still no results.
How can i make this happen?

That’s strange, the tags should ideally show up in search result. For us to check this, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thanks for sending the status report. I see that your site has WooCommerce database version mismatch as seen in the screenshot:

Can you please go to WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Tools and select the Upgrade Database option from there?

That should update your database. Once it is updated, please check and see if searching by tag works.

I deleted the current que and started updating again but still it stays updating the database for 4 days now..
