Search results for special languages characters

I have a problem with search results. I have a blog written in Romanian and we have some special characters (diacritics) in our language like ?,?,?,a,?. Usually when online everybody types them as t,s,a,a,i because nobody bothers to switch keyboard language. My issue with WordPress Search result is that all my blog is using diacritics and when you search for a word without this special characters no results are shown. e.g. the word “scor?i?oar?” is typed by all romanian online users as “scortisoara”. But obviously when you type “scortisoara” you get 0 results because the word is using diacritics on my blog. So how can I tell wordpress to look for “a” when you type “?” or “a” and so on…
