Search Results Jumbalaya

  • Hello all,

    I am having an issue with my search results from Google, Yahoo etc. When I perform a search (“exact blog post title”)I show up in the search results. However, instead of clicking that search result and being directed to the post it goes to my main blog page. How do I get it to go directly to the post that came up in the search results?

    Also, on some posts, when I perform the search, in addition to the main blog page result I also get something to the effect of

    mysite.com/index.php?topic=pudding

    First problem is when you click on that it just goes to my blog’s main page. Secondly, that topic isn’t even the right category. Sometimes there are even two search results with two unrelated or incorrect categories.

    I installed this nice search plugin that I read about in the Codex but it’s not helping.

    Can anyone zero in on this problem for me?
