Search results not including custom post types

  • Hi Ajay,

    I’m using Better Search plugin on my website. Although it is definitely better than the WordPress default search, it is not including custom post types in the search results. I have checked the boxes ‘Post types to include in results’ but it doesn’t affect anything.

    Is there a way around this problem?

    I’ve not noticed any problem with the ability to pick on custom post types.

    What is your site URL?

    Are you in a position to check the queries that are generated on the search results page? Ideally with something like Query Monitor?
