• Hi, I am using elementor pro. I have created a search results archive. When I use your search bar, it provides me with the options to click on the search icon, click on the drop down menu item. If I click into the specfic product in the drop down or click into the category my search archive loads. However if I click on the icon it takes me to a different search results page that is not what I want my customers to see.

    Please assist. Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

Please tell me what page do you see when clicking on search icon? Maybe you can give me a link to this page?

    Hi, thanks for responding.

If I click on the search icon I get: https://www.hadeco.co.za/?s=dahlia&post_type=product&type_aws=true

If I click on the category option drop down I see: https://www.hadeco.co.za/summer-bulb/dahlia/

How can I customise the search results page your plugin loads?

So, if you are using the Elementor plugin, you can customize the search results page by using the Elementor theme builder feature. In this article you can learn more about that.

HI, I have tried that and set it up but still. the same issue. This only happens if I click the icon of the plugin. Every other search result I click loads the elementor search results.

Maybe the problem is that you have some theme default search form on your site. Please try to enable ‘Seamless integration’ option from the plugin settings page to replace all your default search forms with the plugin ones.
