search results page critical error

  • The search function on my site, which I believe is Astra’s native search (there are no extra plugins installed for search) works great unless a search is entered for which there are zero results. If that happens, an error page shows that says, “There has been a critical error on this website.”

    Can anyone help me with this? To test, the site is?https://www.kitchenstewardship.com/?and you can search “oatmilk” (with no spaces) for zero results in the upper right corner.

  • Hi @kitchenstew,

    Please try to deactivate all plugins installed on your site. If it fixes the issue, then reactivate the plugins one by one. When you noticed the issue comes back, the last plugin you just reactivate is the culprit.

    If it doesn’t help, please try to reinstall Astra, and see if it fixes the issue.
