    Hello,

I’m hoping someone can help with a problem I’ve got with my site. I noticed that when a search is inputted, the search results page is really jumbled up and the layout is all wrong. It lists blog posts, parts of product pages but not as a list, the entire post is visible rather than just a preview.
Here is a link to the results so you can see what I mean – https://velopex.com/?s=aquacut&lang=en
The search results page is supposed to be returned with small previews of product pages or blog posts with a large number on the right hand side indication the order of the results but this format has been lost.

I’m currently running the theme Replete by Kriesi, could this be a theme related issue?

I’m relatively new to WordPress so any help would be great, if any more info is needed please ask.

    Thanks,
    Niamh

As that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

I have another issue which I don’t think is related to the theme.

For some reason I am unable to have a featured image for any of my posts on the updates/blog section of my site.
I can get as far as choosing the image and there being a small preview but when I go to preview/update the page it doesn’t appear. Then within the editing of the post the image disappears.

    Any ideas?

Those are also controlled by the theme, so I recommend checking with them.
