Search Results page styling has disappeared

  • Hi, recently the search page on my site appears to have lost all styling. I didn’t make any changes but it may have happened with a WP update and I only noticed recently.
    I’m using the native WP search. Link supplied is a sample search. I have taken the search box widget offline until I get a fix.

    Hi there,

    It looks like the search.phpfile has been modified.

    Can you try re-install GP theme?

    But make sure you backup your site first just in case.
