Search results show unrelevant products

  • Dear support,

    I’ve implemented your plugin into the website I am working on currently. However when I search for a product, chainsaw for example, it shows all products available on the page. I am quite lost as to what to do to solve this problem.

    Hello,

    Maybe there is a conflict with one of your plugins.

    The best approach would be to deactivate plugins one by one and check if the issue still occurs after each deactivation. This will help me determine if it’s not a compatibility issue and which plugin is the cause.

    Unfortunatly Same here,
    just tried 3 plugins and only this one is showing unrelevant products.
    I hope that you gonna resolve this very big issue quickly.

    I’m so sad that i have to disable this wonderful plugin (temporarly i hope) cause i really like it, it’s one of the best, it has most beautiful design, but this is really big issue, especcialy for people’s bussines.
