Search Results Sorting and quantity

Hmm, this would just seem to be a compatibility issue between the search plugin and WooCommerce?

No, behaviour is exactly the same with it disabled, using woo’s own storefront theme as well.

Actually some categories don’t show the sorting options either. That is really weird.

these are from my development site running Sydney Pro theme, but the exact same happens on the live site running storefront.

Hmmm all 3 of those links point to the same image for me it seems.

And that works in category and in search.

Not on my site it doesn’t. Makes no difference if I turn off al plugins and use 2015 theme, it simply does not display everywhere.

Ok if you can do that ( switch to 2015 theme and turn all plugins off except WooCommerce ) I will be happy to check your site for you.

2015 activated, all plugins deactivated.

I have managed to get the category that wasn’t working to display it by changing it’s display type from default to products.

Ok I just checked your site and everything is working fine. Note that it will only show when the setting is showing either both products and categories or products only. It will not show when it is showing categories and sub categories only. So another words, products have to be on the page either by itself or with categories for it to show.

Try setting your display to “show products”, then do a search and see if it then shows up for you.

Yep that did it, but I don’t want products displaying on the shop front, it looks messy.

Must be a way to template it out or customise the search button’s action?
